Commuting

In LA I had a five mile commute, all surface streets with assorted short cuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. Now I have one three and half times longer, and much more pleasant. Uncrowded roads with polite drivers, a few stop signs to the interstate, and then 60+ mph all the way to the factory gate.

Okay, I then have a ten minute walk to my desk, sometimes through rain. But you can't have everything.
