Oxymoronity

It's nice to have a manager speak up 40 minutes into the weekly staff meeting to point out that most people hadn't been involved in the discussion and didn't need to know this info (giving body language and doodling as evidence) and maybe we don't need to have this meeting.

Continuing that discussion for more than half an hour kinda ruins the point, though.
