Realism at the Movies

I saw Underworld: Evolution last night. Not my usual kind of movie, but a flick that shows the protagonist reloading during a firefight can't be all bad.

I saw UE on opening night in the company of B-movie fan friends. I was not expecting much after the first installment of the series, but the scenery is good, so what the heck.

The plot ( Yes, there is a plot! ) actually worked pretty well. Good story, descent acting, good effects. All in all a very pleasant surprise.

The burning question we all had was which one of the grips in the credits was actually "armour-all boy." ;-)
