Over on rpg.net a fellow going by Dr Rotwang! blessed us with this:

After being reassured that it didn't really exist, [livejournal.com profile] celticdragonfly admitted Maggie would love it. "She'd love the pink." Then I threatened to submit a proposal to SJG to write it, since I already had an in-house playtester, but she just rolled her eyes.

Maggie starting early with GURPS does not disturb me. It's the Barbie part that does.

I agree. Maybe if it were just fairies that would be ok. But Barbie fairies? ick.

Pink fairies RPGing for preschoolers would be FINE, that I'd go for, yes.

Oh, that's already out (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/faerie/). But that'll have to wait until she hits the teens and turns gothy.

Anything GURPS-based is aimed at an older age range. So MLP RPG would be the gateway drug.

And then there is the "Ken (tm) Fariytopia" where Ken has to make life choices, come out of the closet or not, Castro or WeHo etc.

The same thread has Dora the Explorer and GURPS Asparagus (Veggietales).

GURPS Veggietales I could deal with.

Especially if they included Silly Songs with Larry.

That was one of the weirder ones on that thread and also one of the better designed covers.

Icon love.

May I use it?

Sure, just credit. You are offically the first person to want one of my icons. ;-)

Here's one to give you the late-night shivers: GURPS Lady Lovely Locks.

Though a GURPS Narnia (or Narnia-equiv.) would be a real treat for a seven-year-old. My friends and I "Larped" that about that age in those endless "Let's play like..." games
