Order of the Stick is not a very serious comic. It's done in stick figure art, it's a parody of D&D, and it goes for low comedy. It's very funny, I love it. But at the same time Rich can introduce a minor character, have most appearances be pure comic relief, and still totally yank my heartstrings with said character.

He's good.

yeah, jesus. i finished that last panel and was like, OH SCREW YOUR RICH BURLEW YOU DRAW SNAZZILY COLOURED STICK FIGURE COMICS, HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO UPSET ME THIS MUCH.

i got into this comic for the killer one liners way back in the double-digits but these days the overarching plot has me far more thoroughly hooked.

Yep.

It's been established that the Lawful Good afterlife is a pretty nice place but I don't think that'd hold true for Therkla's alignment, whatever that may be (True Neutral maybe? If she was Evil she probably would've done in her old employer).
