Turns out I missed seeing a couple of LJ friends at Worldcon because we didn't realize we were both going to be there. To avoid that happening again, is anyone planning on going to Fencon and/or the Ogre Launch Party?

forestcats and I were glad to finally meet moonsinger, dbroussa, and controuble, while reacquainting ourselves with bardiclug. It would have been nice to run into others that we've never met before. However, we won't be at those conventions, I'm afraid.

The filk folder is individual artists; the filk 2 folder is conventions & compilations.

S. J. Tucker & Heather Dale are under RenFaire, Pirates, & Folk Rock.

I was on a music community that had themes, hence some of the funkier folders. Any further questions, filing or otherwise, just let me know.

Hi filkers! Some of you know me as a member of Sassafrass; in my day job I work at a rare books library. We have a large science fiction collection and on my suggestion, will be starting to collect filk along with other fanwork projects. If anyone has songbooks which they would be willing to donate, that would be awesome. Copies would also be great. We're also looking for recordings and videos.
