Turns out I missed seeing a couple of LJ friends at Worldcon because we didn't realize we were both going to be there. To avoid that happening again, is anyone planning on going to Fencon and/or the Ogre Launch Party?
Hi filkers! Some of you know me as a member of Sassafrass; in my day job I work at a rare books library. We have a large science fiction collection and on my suggestion, will be starting to collect filk along with other fanwork projects. If anyone has songbooks which they would be willing to donate, that would be awesome. Copies would also be great. We're also looking for recordings and videos. We'll be making an official announcement about this soon, but in the meantime I wanted to start spreading the word; please contact me if you have any questions.
