I would be surprised if you didn't already have something like this, but if not, I've thrown together an excel calculator that might be useful in your worldbuilding. (I'm using it for some sci-fi worldbuilding of my own).

Go to the calculator tab, and you can work out travel times, required propellant mass fractions, required reactor powers, and similar stuff.
