Sparing the innocent and not-so-innocent

The army's working hard at minimizing civilian casualties. And it's defining "civilian" as "anybody not shooting at you" rather than "anybody getting out of your way". Hopefully Saddam doesn't actually have the suicide bombers he was boasting about or a lot of soldiers are going to die as they let "unarmed" men come up to them.
