A Big Sister

I have the con while celticdragonfly is off at a knitting meetup. Jamie just took a nap on my lap while Maggie played with the chimes. When he woke up he gave me the "let me down" thrash-thrash-thrash and I sent him off to crawl about. Maggie immediately said "Baby!" and brought the chimes over to him, since they're a baby toy.

She's such a good big sister.

I hope you told her what a wonderful big sister she is. Scott is (mostly) good about playing with Steven, but their ages are different (Scott-7; Steven-3).

If it's any comfort later in the evening I was trying to write something in the comfy chair when Maggie launched herself at me and whacked me in the stomach hard enough I could still feel it an hour later. Then she scattered bits of sausage around the kitchen in such quantity the cats didn't even try to get them all.
